Using the principles of person-centred practice, the team at Person Centred Training provide solutions to the people we work with, to assist in developing positive workplace cultures, and in assisting building person centred teams that everyone wants to be a part of.

Person Centred Training has a rich and proud history of helping organisations of all sizes and industries successfully implement change management, workplace compliance and people-management for over 15 years.

Founded by Paul Tilbury, Paul is regarded as one of the best Compliance and Accreditation specialists in Australia. His consulting work and guidance has helped many businesses streamline their operations. 

Paul has taught at the University Western Sydney and the Australian College of Applied Psychology in the areas of change management, industrial relations and organisational behaviour for over 6 years at each institute.

Our team is passionate about ensuring that modern businesses today are armed with best practices to maximise their productivity with a resilient workforce using efficient systems and procedures.

At Person Centred Training, we work together with many reputable organisations, including being a member of the Institute of Advisors, a member of the SAI Global Affiliates Program, and a member of the MAUS Partner Program.
